As an European Automotive Service Advisor you will diligently support and advise our customers throughout the entire service process. Your crucial role connects our technicians, workshop and staff with clear communication to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their automotive service needs.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized service calendar.
- Clearly explain diagnoses and recommended repairs to customers.
- Provide accurate estimates for labour and parts.
- Communicate effectively with technicians and customers to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a service advisor or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer and servicing software proficiency.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is a plus.
